Everyone Ifeel your pain. we paid for the Kingdown as well as it is distressing after 9 months it began sagging!!! Pinched haughtiness after pinched haughtiness we wised up!
I only called Kingsdown during 800-800-1353 as well as requested the pack to take cinema of the sagging. If the mattress saggs some-more than 1.5 inches they will send we the brand new mattress!!No consternation they altered their name! Good Luck Everyone!
